2 rope climbs or 5+5 single arm ring rows

10 chest to bar pull-ups

20 eye level kb swings 70/53 or 20 alt db Snatch 50/35

run 400 m

 

Finisher:

3 sets of 10-20 hip ext

25 hollow rocks between sets
