Do I have to be in shape to do Crossfit?
No Way! We all start somewhere! We offer an array of classes to fit your needs. We do suggest you start with our Crossfit Lite classes, they are tailored to help you master skill movements, as well as get used to the programing.
I have a past injury, am I going to be okay?
All injuries are different, but we encourage building strength through injuries. Our talented coaches will help assist you on targeting how to get around your injury. But several of our coaches are stronger POST surgeries & injuries.
At Iron Mile, we train hard, so we should fuel our bodies with the best possible options. There are several great publications about Paleo style of eating, so we encourage you to explore and find out how to fuel your body to perform at your best everytime you step into Crossfit Iron Mile.
What is your drop in policy?
We encourage traveling Crossfiters to come by and train at Crossfit Iron Mile. We simply ask you know and have mastered the basic fundamental movements, and purchase a tee shirt ($20-25)
